Nick Baker joined the Owls in April 2025 as the On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Scout after two years at North Carolina, where he served as the Player Development and Football Operations GA.
He is responsible for the organization and coordination of all official and unofficial visits for recruits and assists the General Manager and Director of Player Personnel in roster evaluation and management.
Baker was a four-year letterman as a cornerback under Scott Abell at Davidson from 2018-21. He was a two-time member of the PFL Academic Honor Roll and was named to the NFF Hampshire Honor Society in 2022. He was also selected to participate in the NCAA’s Career in Sports Forum.
He graduated from Davidson in 2022 with a degree in Educational Policy and worked at Paul Quinn College from 2022-23 as a special assistant to the president.
Baker earned his Master’s in Sport Administration from North Carolina in the spring of 2025.
