Elena Starks joined the Owls as an Assistant Director of Compliance in July of 2024, coming to South Main from Western Kentucky where she was a GA in the Compliance office from 2022 to 2024.
She graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Sport Management and began her career in athletics as TAMUCC’s Events and Development Coordinator from 2019 to 2022.
She received her Master of Science in Recreation and Sport Administration at Western Kentucky University in 2024
