Bailey Deering

Bailey Deering is in her first year as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach, leading soccer as well as working with track & field.
Deering joined Rice from Texas A&M where she served as a Sports Performance Program Aide for Olympic sports, working mainly with women’s basketball, golf, and track & field. During this time she also earned her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M.
She joined the Aggies in 2021 after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Abilene Christian University. During her time at ACU, she interned with the strength and conditioning department, assisting with football, soccer and softball. She also is a certified strength and conditioning coach specialist through the NSCA.
