Rice Ticketing Auto-Renew Process
Rice Athletics has transitioned to an Auto-Renew Process for Season Tickets. Please review the information below for our process and why we are doing it.
Auto-Renew eliminates multiple calls and emails to you for the renewal of your tickets. It also frees up our staff members to find new Owl fans to create the best environment for our student-athletes and you. We want to equip our staff with the necessary tools and time to achieve our one goal of creating and sustaining winning programs where student-athletes wish to compete and that you want to watch.
No action is required if you plan to renew your tickets. Once the auto-renew date passes, you will be charged for your season tickets. If you need to update your payment information, please refer to the other FAQs below.
Fans whose payments goes through with the auto-renew program will have reduced costs to their season tickets. If your payment information does not work, you will be contacted and given more details on when the reduced costs will be waived. We want to reward our loyal season ticket members by offering a reduced priced who renew on time. Season Ticket Pricing for our sports can be found here.
Please visit riceowls.evenue.net-> My Account in order to update your payment information. From there you can select “Add Card” or “Add Bank Account” for your method of payment
You will be notified 6-8 weeks before the auto-renew process will be completed. Important dates can be found at the bottom of the page.
Please contact the Rice Ticket Office at tickets@rice.edu or calling 713-348-OWLS. Season Tickets that are switched or added on to your renewal before the auto-renew process has been completed will have the discounted pricing.
No. There is no additional cost. Renewing through the Auto-Renew Program guarantees the best price on your season tickets.
There is a one time payment for all Sports Season Tickets. If you need to make a payment plan please contact the ticket office at 713-348-OWLS.
There are no refunds for season tickets. Season tickets that are on an auto-renew payment plan (men's sports) may be canceled for future payments, but previous payments will not be refunded.
Important Auto-Renew Dates for 2026-2027 Season Tickets
- February 27th, 2026: Football Auto Renew Announcement
- April 24th, 2026: Football Auto-Renew Process takes place.
- May 1st, 2026: Final day of preferred pricing
