Graham Earns C-USA Setter of the Week

Averaged 12.3 assists per set in three Rice victories
DALLAS – Rice Volleyball junior Carly Graham was awarded the Conference USA Setter of the Week after helping guide the Owls to a 3-0 record last week, the league office announced on Monday (9/13).
Graham was sensational orchestrating a Rice offense that was firing on all cylinders, hitting .326 for the week over nine sets. The Spring, Texas native totaled 111 assists (12.3 per set) while also totaling 23 digs (2.56 per set) and nine kills.
Graham concluded the weekend with her best performance, distributing 46 assists (15.3 per set) in a sweep of the Sam Houston Bearkats as the Owls hit a season-high .384. Two days prior, Graham dished out 35 assists in a sweep of the LSU Tigers with the Owls hitting .320 as a squad. She also posted 30 assists in limited action in a straight sets victory over the Houston Baptist Huskies on Tuesday.
For the season, Graham is averaging a career-best 11.12 assists per set and has totaled four double-doubles.
Graham and the Owls (4-3) will be riding a four-match win streak into Friday's showdown against nationally ranked Baylor. That match is set for 5 p.m. and will be streamed on ESPN+.
