Lettenberger Concludes Day 1 At Para Swimming World Series

Rice sophomore Ahalya Lettenberger placed fourth in the finals of two events Thursday at the 2021 Para Swimming World Series Meet. She dropped two seconds off her previous best mark in the 100-meter breaststroke (1:43.45) and matched her season best in the 100-freestyle (1:14.81).
"It was a solid day in a tough, competitive, class for Ahalya," said Rice head coach Seth Huston. "We look forward to the 400-meter freestyle on Friday."
