
Graham Garner C-USA Setter of Week Honors

Fourth individual weekly award
DALLAS – Rice junior setter Carly Graham took home Co-C-USA Setter of the Week accolades after helping the Owls complete their second straight undefeated conference season, the league office announced on Monday (11/8).
In just six sets, a pair of sweeps of UTSA, Graham totaled 76 assists (12.67 per set) and 27 digs (4.5 per set) while recording double-doubles in each match.
The award is Graham's sixth C-USA Setter of the Week accolade of her career. Graham currently ranks 14th in the NCAA in assists per set (11.05).
The Spring, Texas native tied a season-high in assists for a 3-set match with 46 helpers (15.3 per set) in the Owls 3-0 sweep to go along with 13 digs. She then followed that up with another double-double on Saturday, compiling 30 assists and 14 digs, as well as a season-high five blocks.
Rice hit .314 as a team for the weekend, which included a .407 mark on Friday. Graham shared the C-USA Setter of the Week honors with WKU's Nadia Dieudonne.
The Owls (17-5, 12-0) will be the No. 1 overall seed at the C-USA Championship, which runs Nov. 19-21. Rice opens the tournament against Charlotte in the opening round, which will take place on Friday, Nov. 19 at 11 a.m. (CT) on ESPN+.
