
Schillinger Closes Out NCAA Competition

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Junior Marie-Claire Schillinger finished 38th in the 100-yard breaststroke and 44th in the 200-yard breaststroke to close-out Rice's participation in the 2018 NCAA Swim Championships in Columbus, Ohio.
On Friday Schillinger posted a time of 1:00:90 in the 100. The cutoff to make the Top 16 was 59.89. On Saturday the native Orinda, Calif., registered a 2:12:59 in the 200. The cutoff in that field of 55 entries was 2:09.12.
